4.5-day week at MGRP

MGRP has revolutionized the consulting industry and clearly set itself apart from other firms in the sector by introducing a 4.5-day week.
Our motto is: “Free at one on Fridays” – we work from Monday until 1 pm on Friday, after which you’re free to do what you like
MGRP employees work 4.5 days until one o’clock on Friday, after which they can take time out for themselves, family, friends, etc. without needing permission from anyone at the company.
Weekends are extended to 2.5 days, which amounts to more than 20 additional days off per year. The benefits in terms of work-life balance are obvious
The workload is spread across 4.5 days – with a working time honor system in use

Working day at MGRP

Typical working day for a consultant

9 am: “I go through my emails shortly before nine. I can normally set myself up for the day in the first two hours. My first client meeting is then at eleven.”

1 pm: “Depending on my schedule, I have my lunch at around 1 pm. I usually cook it myself or order takeout.”

6 pm: “I usually have more client meetings in the afternoon, before finishing at around 6 pm. I go for a run and reflect on the day’s events.”
