We want to grow with you. That’s why we’re always looking for motivated employees at all stages of their career. Take a look at the vacancies at your career level – we look forward to receiving your application!
We do not follow the "up or out" mentality, but the "stay and grow" development. Our comradely culture contributes a lot to the fact that our employees enjoy working and thus also deliver top performance. We meet as equals and can actively shape MGRP in the process.
We offer flexible working time models such as part-time and a good work-life balance that is unusual for the consulting industry. Since 1 July 2022, we have had a 4.5-day week, with no more work on Fridays after 13:00 - this noticeably extends the weekend.
After a general introduction, your CDM will take over the onboarding and accompany you during your first weeks as part of an individual induction plan. Before your first assignment with the client, you will be familiarised with all the necessary methods and tools.
A typical working day might look something like this:
In the project team with several MGRP colleagues, we support each other, even if each performs tasks independently.
No, this is not a requirement if you are willing to be on the road about 1-2 days a week and occasionally come into the office.
As a management consultancy, we consider working from home a given.
With us, you can expect a mentoring programme and individual development planning with internal and external training measures. Our growth path allows you to grow with us. Your further professional qualification is not a freestyle, but our concern.
What makes MGRP special are our employees. That is why we are always looking for suitable solutions for them. Time off allows our employees to take the big trip, take extended parental leave, complete an academic qualification, or simply spend enough time with family or significant others.
In addition to the summer party and Christmas party, we regularly meet for various after-work events. Four times a year, there are usually workshops lasting several days at different locations where, in addition to the professional exchange, the social programme is also fun.
