We do not follow the "up or out" mentality, but the "stay and grow" development. Our comradely culture contributes a lot to the fact that our employees enjoy working and thus also deliver top performance. We meet as equals and can actively shape MGRP in the process.

We offer flexible working time models such as part-time and a good work-life balance that is unusual for the consulting industry. Since 1 July 2022, we have had a 4.5-day week, with no more work on Fridays after 13:00 - this noticeably extends the weekend.

After a general introduction, your CDM will take over the onboarding and accompany you during your first weeks as part of an individual induction plan. Before your first assignment with the client, you will be familiarised with all the necessary methods and tools.

A typical working day might look something like this:

  • At just before 9 a.m., you start the day by going through your emails. Normally, you can prepare for the day in the first two hours.
  • The first client meeting takes place from 11 am. This can be, for example, a review of project planning or reporting in the Daily.
  • My lunch break usually takes place around 1 p.m.
  • In the afternoons, there are usually more client appointments until the day ends around 6 pm.

In the project team with several MGRP colleagues, we support each other, even if each performs tasks independently.

No, this is not a requirement if you are willing to be on the road about 1-2 days a week and occasionally come into the office.

As a management consultancy, we consider working from home a given.
