Sustainability

At MGRP, the focus is on sustainability. Our current commitment to sustainability:

• We are aligned with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, working towards sustainability certification for MGRP and becoming a signatory to the Diversity Charter.
• In addition to years of monetary support for children's and educational centres (e.g. Home for Hope Ghana) and regional institutions (e.g. Crailsheim animal shelter, sports clubs), we also spontaneously supported the 2021 flood victims in Germany.
• At the same time, we pay attention internally to various aspects of sustainability, such as travelling by train or carpooling, rather than individual journeys by car or plane.
• Equal treatment of the sexes, equal pay and the possibility of taking parental leave and flexible working time models are also central to us in order to enable a good balance between family, free time and work.
• In addition, we offer our employees a free fitness club membership or a job bike and, since July 2022, the 4.5-day week to increase the health and well-being of our employees.
• In addition, we hold a Social Day every year to support charitable organisations (e.g. the Heinrich Schleich House in Offenbach, tree planting campaign in the Herzenswald forest in Schmitten in the Taunus region).

We will continue to stay active on the topic of sustainability, develop it further and report on our sustainability journey.
